Very efficient and I was able to get important data from a damaged 20 year old laptop.  99% recovery in a timely fashion. Shattered my touch screen laptop beyond use, I brought it to PC Expert Services and they fixed it within 72 hours, stayed within the estimate they quoted me, the screen works better than it did before it was shattered. Getting to the location to drop off your laptop was kind of weird, the door was locked inside the business building when I arrived but just knock and drop it off, you're in good hands.
