TechCare+ is an affordable annual membership designed to provide fast, reliable, and professional computer support for your personal devices. Whether you need technical assistance, a repair estimate, or remote troubleshooting, TechCare+ gives you priority access to the experienced technicians at PC Expert Services.

Step 1 – Join TechCare+

Sign up online for just $49.99 per year. Your membership becomes active immediately after enrollment.

Step 2 – Request Support

When you need assistance, simply contact PC Expert Services by phone, email, or through our website. Be sure to mention that you are a TechCare+ member.

Step 3 – Receive Priority Service

As a TechCare+ member, your service requests receive priority scheduling whenever possible, helping minimize downtime and get your computer back up and running faster.

Step 4 – Expert Diagnosis & Repair

Our certified technician will professionally diagnose your hardware or software issue and recommend the most effective solution. TechCare+ members receive free repair estimates on eligible desktop and laptop computers.

Step 5 – Remote Technical Support

Many software-related issues can be resolved remotely, eliminating the need to bring your computer into our service center. Our technicians can assist with:

PC Expert Services TechCare+ Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the PC Expert Services TechCare+ Membership Program. By purchasing or renewing a TechCare+ membership, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Membership

TechCare+ is an annual membership program that provides eligible members with select computer support benefits and services offered by PC Expert Services.

Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is non-transferable. Unless cancelled by the member prior to the renewal date, the membership will automatically renew for successive 12-month terms using the payment method on file. Members may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

Membership fees are eligible for a full refund only if the membership is cancelled within the first 90 days of the initial purchase date, provided no TechCare+ benefits or services have been used during that period. After the initial 90-day period, all membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

  1. Membership Benefits

Subject to these Terms & Conditions, TechCare+ members receive:

  • Free repair diagnostics on eligible desktop and laptop computers (up 2 devices per household)
  • Priority scheduling for repair services (subject to availability)
  • Remote technical support (after the initial 3-month waiting period)
  • Exclusive member labor discounts, when applicable (up to 20%)
  • Annual PC health check
  • Extended Repair Warranty (exclusive 1-year labor warranty on eligible repairs)
  • Professional technical support for Windows PCs, Apple Macs, laptops, desktops, and custom gaming computers

Benefits may be modified or updated at any time without affecting services already scheduled.

  1. Remote Support Waiting Period

Remote technical support becomes available 90 days (3 months) after the initial membership purchase date.

This waiting period is intended to prevent abuse of the membership program and applies only to new memberships. Once eligible, remote support remains available while the membership is active.

  1. Covered Services

TechCare+ may include assistance with:

  • Windows and macOS troubleshooting
  • Software installation and configuration
  • Printer setup
  • Email configuration
  • Driver installation
  • Performance optimization
  • Virus and malware removal
  • General operating system support
  • Basic networking assistance

Services not specifically listed may be provided at the discretion of PC Expert Services.

  1. Exclusions

TechCare+ does not include:

  • Replacement parts
  • Hardware upgrades
  • Software licenses
  • Data recovery services
  • Liquid damage repair
  • Motherboard-level repair
  • On-site service unless specifically purchased
  • Third-party service charges
  • Shipping costs
  • Accessories or peripherals unless otherwise stated

Any required replacement parts or additional services will be quoted separately.

  1. Fair Use Policy

TechCare+ is intended for normal personal household use.

PC Expert Services reserves the right to limit or refuse services in cases of excessive, abusive, commercial, fraudulent, or unreasonable use of the membership.

  1. Priority Service

Priority scheduling means TechCare+ members receive preferential scheduling whenever reasonably possible. It does not guarantee same-day, next-day, or emergency service.

  1. Repair Diagnostics

Free repair estimates apply only to eligible computers brought to PC Expert Services for evaluation. Additional diagnostic services beyond a standard repair estimate may incur additional charges if approved by the customer.

  1. Membership Discounts

Any member discounts apply only to labor charges unless otherwise stated. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless approved by PC Expert Services.

  1. Membership Eligibility

TechCare+ is intended for personal household computers owned by the member. Business, commercial, educational, government, rental, or enterprise-owned equipment is not covered unless specifically approved.

  1. Data Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of all personal or business data.

Although every reasonable effort will be made to protect customer data, PC Expert Services is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from hardware failure, software corruption, malware, operating system installation, repairs, upgrades, or any other service performed.

  1. Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated, except where required by applicable law.

PC Expert Services reserves the right to terminate a membership for fraud, abuse, threatening behavior, misuse of services, non-payment, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PC Expert Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of TechCare+ membership services.

The total liability of PC Expert Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the current membership.

  1. Changes to Membership

PC Expert Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the TechCare+ Membership Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect services already scheduled.

  1. Acceptance

By purchasing, renewing, or using TechCare+, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
