Where do I drop off my device for repair?
PC Expert Services drop off location is listed at this link.
What happens after I drop off my device?
After receiving your device at one of our drop off locations, we will provide a repair estimate within 1 to 2 business days.
How do I approve a repair estimate?
In the repair estimate email, please click on the link at the bottom of email to review your estimate online. Please check mark the box AGREEMENT and click on AGREE to this Estimate and Continue.
Do you offer estimates over the phone?
How do I pay for my invoice?
In the invoice notice email please click on the link to view the invoice online. In the invoice, please click on the top left corner MAKE A PAYMENT button and fill out your payment information and click on APPROVE & MAKE A PAYMENT.
How do I pickup my deive?
In case you decline the repair estimate, you can pickup your device the next business day for no additional fee. In some rare situations we might need more than 1 business day to get your device ready for pickup!
For any additional days that we need to store you device securely after you have been notified to pickup your device, you will be charged a storage fee of $10 per day!
What are your drop off and pickup hours?
Our drop off hours and pickup hours are:
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturdays by Appointment only
Sundays & Holidays Closed!
How long will it take to repair my device?
Most Hardware and Software repairs can be completed within 1 or 2 business days after we receive your repair approval. But sometimes some repairs can take longer based on parts availability.
